Professional Dog Walking & Pet Care in Wilmington, DE
Reliable care. Familiar faces. Happy pets.
Your pets are family, and finding someone you trust to care for them matters. At Weather or Not Dog Walkers, we provide dependable midday dog walks, cat visits, and personalized pet care throughout Wilmington, Delaware, and surrounding communities.

Since 2016, we've helped local pets enjoy happier days at home while giving their people peace of mind. As a professional, employee-based pet care company, we take the time to understand each pet's personality, routines, and individual needs. With familiar caregivers and dependable backup coverage, you can feel confident knowing your pets are in caring hands.
What Makes Us Different?
Professional Employees, Not Independent Contractors

Our pet caregivers are W-2 employees who follow established company procedures and receive ongoing support from our leadership team. We're a professional pet care company, not a platform connecting you with independent sitters.

Familiar Faces & Dependable Backup Coverage

Your pet gets to know a small team of familiar caregivers, typically two or three, rather than a different person every visit. If their primary walker is unavailable, we have trained backup team members ready to step in.

Personalized Care for Every Pet

No two pets are exactly alike! We take the time to learn their personalities, routines, preferences, and individual needs so each visit feels familiar and comfortable.

Pet First Aid & CPR Trained

Every Weather or Not dog walker receives Pet First Aid & CPR training. Our team also follows established safety procedures designed to protect the pets entrusted to our care.

Proudly Serving Local Pets Since 2016

For 10 years, we've been helping Wilmington-area pet parents balance busy schedules with their pets' needs. We've built our business around dependable service, compassionate care, and lasting relationships with the families we serve.
Our Commitment to Pet Safety & Well-Being:
Your pet's safety isn't something we take lightly. From daily walks to unexpected situations, our team follows established procedures designed to keep pets safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

Pet First Aid & CPR Training

Every Weather or Not dog walker receives Pet First Aid & CPR training. As a certified Pet Emergency Education instructor, our founder brings additional knowledge and experience to our team's approach to pet safety.

Established Safety Procedures

Our team follows company-wide protocols for leash handling, home security, pet interactions, and reporting concerns. These procedures help us provide dependable, consistent care across our team.

Attentive, Proactive Care

We pay attention to more than whether your dog enjoyed their walk. Changes in behavior, mobility, appetite, or general well-being matter, and our team communicates concerns so pet parents can stay informed.
